I filed a Chapter 7 two years ago and I’m in trouble again – can I filed bankruptcy again?

Sure, you can.  You will be limited to a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case and you will not be eligible for a discharge.  HOWEVER, the good news is you WILL be protected by the bankruptcy laws and your creditors will not be allowed to harass you or attempt to collect their debts from you.
