Can I buy a vehicle while in the middle of a bankruptcy?

If you are currently in a bankruptcy case, you must ask permission from the Trustee before incurring any sort of debt, to include buying a vehicle.  The Trustee will want to know many factors about the vehicle such as year, make, model, sales price, down payment, and interest rate.  Of course, these are just a few pieces of information that will need to be obtained before the Trustee makes the final decision on whether they will allow you to incur the debt.  Our firm will be happy to help you with this process.
